Tunisian apprentices for German companies
We connect German employers and recruitment agencies with motivated Tunisian candidates who already hold a German B2 certificate and are ready to start a dual vocational training (Ausbildung).
Learn a trade while working in Germany
An Ausbildung is a dual vocational training that usually lasts 2 to 3.5 years. Apprentices work in a company three to four days a week and attend a vocational school one to two days a week.
Paid training
Apprentices receive a monthly training allowance from their company, which increases each year.
Recognised qualification
The training ends with a state-recognised German qualification in the chosen trade.
A career in Germany
After qualifying, graduates can apply for a residence permit to keep working in Germany.
Candidates ready to start
We prepare each candidate before you meet them, so you only interview profiles that match your requirements.
German B2 certified
Candidates hold a recognised certificate (Goethe, telc or ÖSD) at B2 level.
Complete files
German CV, cover letter, translated school certificates and support with document recognition.
Visa and arrival
We prepare the visa file with the candidate and follow them until they start in your company.
No fees for candidates
Candidates pay nothing for placement, in line with fair recruitment rules in Germany.
