SACC Consulting supports applicants throughout their application, but admission decisions are made by universities and visa decisions by consular authorities. No outcome is guaranteed.

Who receives your data
Your data is used only by SACC Consulting. Student data is shared only with the universities and partner language centres involved in the student's application, and only with the student's consent. We never sell personal data.
We use the following service providers, which may process data on our behalf: our web host (LWS, France), our online booking tool (Calendly, United States) and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to contact us there.
How long we keep it
Contact and partnership requests are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange. Student application files are kept for the duration of the application and up to 3 years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Cookies
This website uses essential cookies needed for it to work. Other cookies, such as measurement cookies, are only placed with your consent, which you can give or refuse through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from that banner or in your browser settings.
This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve sending your IP address to Google.
7. Your rights
Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 on personal data protection and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

- have it corrected or deleted;
- object to or restrict its use;

- receive your data in a portable format (GDPR).

8. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Tunisian courts, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
